Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://datagbtrucking.com/ (the "Site") and the services of DATA GB TRUCKING LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide truck dispatch services, dispatching and load management, document management and DOT compliance assistance, bookkeeping and financial management, software services (including the HDeBooks Amazon Relay addon), and Amazon Relay driving opportunities for qualified owner-operators and drivers.

2. Pricing & Lease Terms

• Dispatch services: 5% for DAT dispatching, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Promotional pricing (such as 50% off the first week) applies as stated in the offer.
• Amazon Relay lease program: a flat 10% commission on lease settlements; insurance is paid by the driver. Full terms are set out in the written lease agreement, which controls in case of any difference.
• There are no hidden fees. Any additional services are quoted and agreed before work begins.

3. No Forced Dispatch

Clients and leased drivers are never required to accept any load. Declining a load is always an option and carries no penalty under these Terms.

4. Driver Applications

By submitting a driver application you certify the information is true and complete. Submission does not guarantee acceptance; qualification is subject to our review of your credentials, record, and equipment.

5. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted about our services, including by SMS/text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse service to anyone for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as described on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
